Our service department has a dedicated team of engineers. They are all AGA and Rayburn trained and qualified to work on Gas, Oil, Solid Fuel and Electrical appliance whilst we are servicing your cooker.

Gas fired AGA, Rayburn and other appliances.
All Gas appliances require an annual service
Oil Fired cookers and boilers.
The Oil fired AGA should be serviced every six months. The Rayburn Royal Oak, 208K, 300K, 368K And Nouvelle require a service every six months .A Rayburn or boiler with pressure jet burners will require an annual service.
The 13 Amp AGA should be serviced every 5 years.
Solid Fuel AGA, Rayburn & other cookers.
At monthly intervals clean the internal flue ways including the flue box. For a Rayburn remove the hot plate. For an AGA the inner barrel must be rotated . The fire Grate/Fire Bars and carrier should also be checked.
The flue pipe should be swept every six months.
Every year the flue/chimney should be swept by a competent chimney sweep. The inner barrel remover and the outer barrel cleaned and checked.
We have a list of HETAS approved chimney sweeps for your area.
Whilst some of these operations may be carried out by the owner, we recommend an annual service of the AGA/Rayburn be carried out by one of our engineers.
